What we do with
your information
Short version: we use what you send us to quote your job and nothing else.
What this site collects
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The estimate worksheet works entirely in your browser. The answers you pick are not sent anywhere until you choose to submit them.
The estimate and contact forms
When you submit either form, the details are sent to our form handler, Netlify, which stores the submission and forwards it to us by email. We receive your name, phone number, email address, property address and whatever notes you include, plus the estimate range if you came through the worksheet.
How we use it
We use those details to contact you, schedule an inspection and prepare a quote. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside Crown & Ash, other than a supplier where a part has to be ordered specifically for your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as needed to service the work and meet record-keeping and warranty obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@crownashco.com.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are served from this site itself rather than a font network, so loading a page does not tell a third party you visited. Our web host records standard server logs.
