Commercial stack, repointed

The joints on this one had eroded back far enough that the faces were staying wet. Cut out, repointed, colour matched.

Where a chimney leak actually shows up

This is the part homeowners see first, a long way from the chimney itself. The ceiling comes down, the framing dries out, and then the cause gets fixed up top.
